Common questions
Do you repair LED screens from other brands?
Yes. We repair LED screens of any brand. Send us the screen brand and model, where it is, and photos and a video of the problem.
Do you come on site?
Yes, when an MDS engineer or one of our local service partners is near you. We diagnose the fault remotely first, so many problems are solved without a visit.
How much does a repair cost?
An on-site visit is charged as an inspection fee, plus hourly labour, plus a share of the travel cost, plus any parts. We give you an estimate after we review your photos and video.
Do you also install and calibrate LED screens?
Yes. Installation (wall-mounted, floor-standing or hanging) is quoted per square metre; point-by-point colour calibration is quoted separately for each screen.
Do you only sell parts for MDS screens?
No. We supply spare parts for LED screens from most makers. Send the model number on the part or a photo of its label, and we check which part fits.
Can I see prices on the website?
Standard parts show their price on the website. For other parts, send the model number or a photo and we reply with a price.
How do I pay?
Send your order by WhatsApp or email. Our sales team confirms stock and shipping, then sends you a payment link or a proforma invoice.
What is the warranty?
Spare parts come with a 2-year warranty.
Where do parts ship from?
From the nearest warehouse with stock: United States, Germany or Spain, or from China. Shipping is quoted with your order.
Are the prices final?
Prices on the website are ex works (EXW) China, in US dollars. Shipping, import duties and taxes are added with your order.
