Information you send us
When you choose WhatsApp, your message opens in WhatsApp and is delivered to us there, under WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy. When you email us, your message reaches our business mailbox. We receive what you choose to send, such as your name, contact details, delivery or site address, screen brand and model, part numbers, a description of the fault, and photos or videos of your screen. We use it only to answer your enquiry, diagnose the fault, prepare an estimate, plan a service visit, process and ship your order, and provide warranty support.
The online service booking form does not store your details in a database on our web server: your details and photos are passed through our hosting provider (Cloudflare) and our email delivery service (Resend) to our service mailbox, service@mydisplayscreen.com, and we send you a confirmation email. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to check that it is sent by a person.
When a repair, installation or calibration needs a visit, we share the site address, contact details and project information with the MDS engineer or local partner who carries out the work, and only for that job.
Cookies
The site remembers your light/dark theme choice in your own browser storage. You can delete site data in your browser settings at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share order and service details only when needed to deliver your order or carry out a repair, for example with our warehouses, shipping companies or the engineer or local service partner who visits your site.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing sales@mydisplayscreen.com.
Changes
We update this policy when the website or our services change, for example when we add the AI assistant or analytics. The date at the top shows the latest version.
