Book a service
Repair, installation or calibration of LED screens, any brand. Fill in the form and add photos; we reply by email within 2 hours in working hours (GMT+8). Videos: send them on WhatsApp with the booking reference you get after sending.
Repair: what to send
- City and country where the screen is
- Screen brand and model (from the label on the cabinet or the controller)
- Screen size and where it is installed (indoor, outdoor, window)
- What is wrong and since when
- Photos of the screen, the faulty area and the labels, and a short video of the problem
On-site repair: inspection fee + hourly labour + shared travel cost + parts. Amounts to be confirmed. We send you an estimate after reviewing your photos and video, before any visit.
Installation: what to send
- City and country of the project
- Screen size (width × height) and, if known, brand, model and pixel pitch
- Mounting method: wall-mounted, floor-standing, hanging or other
- Photos of the site: the wall, floor or ceiling where the screen goes
- Anything we should know: access, working hours, power and network on site
Installation is quoted per square metre of screen. The rate is to be confirmed: we quote after seeing the location, screen size, mounting method and site photos.
Calibration: what to send
- City and country where the screen is
- Screen brand, model and pixel pitch
- Screen size
- What you see: colour differences, mixed module batches, or new cabinets that don't match
- Photos of the screen showing a plain white or grey picture, where the difference is easy to see
Calibration is quoted separately for each screen. The price is to be confirmed: we quote after seeing the screen size, model and photos of the colour problem.
